Payment Policy

VSD World Australia offers secure, flexible payment options for all purchases of genuine Allen Bradley PowerFlex Variable Speed Drives. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with SSL encryption.
PayPal: Pay securely using your PayPal account or via PayPal guest checkout.
Bank Transfer (EFT): Direct bank transfer is available for all orders. Payment must be received before dispatch. Bank details are provided upon order placement. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
Purchase Orders: Approved business accounts may place orders using a purchase order. To apply for a trade account, contact us at sales@vsdworld.com.au. Terms are Net 30 for approved accounts.
2. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%, unless otherwise stated. A valid tax invoice will be issued with every order for your records and BAS reporting.
3. Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers.
4. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, itemised product details, total amount charged including GST, and estimated delivery timeframe. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.
5. Currency
All prices and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). International credit cards may incur currency conversion fees applied by your card issuer.
6. Quotes and Custom Orders
For bulk orders, custom configurations, or unlisted products, please contact us for a formal quotation. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
7. Trade Accounts
We offer trade accounts with Net 30 payment terms for qualifying Australian businesses. To apply, provide your company name, ABN, trade references, and estimated monthly order volume. Overdue trade account payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds take 5 to 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds take 3 to 5 business days. For full details, refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
