VSD World Australia ships genuine Allen Bradley PowerFlex Variable Speed Drives to all states and territories across Australia. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all Australian states and territories, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas. Delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges. We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days for metropolitan areas, 5 to 10 business days for regional and remote areas. Dispatched via Australia Post or StarTrack.
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days for metropolitan areas, 2 to 5 business days for regional areas. Dispatched via StarTrack Express or TNT.
Freight / Heavy Items: Larger PowerFlex drives (753 and 755 series) may require freight shipping. Delivery is 5 to 10 business days, quoted at checkout or upon request.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Timeframes are estimates commencing from the date of dispatch.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are generally processed and dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at Track Order.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct and complete. A signature may be required for high-value items. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notification card.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost. For shipments confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
