How quickly do you respond?
We aim to reply within 2 business hours. If it’s urgent, include the part number and the date you need the drive by.
Can you help me choose the right drive?
Yes, and there’s no charge for it. Send the motor nameplate details, supply voltage and application, and we’ll recommend the right PowerFlex series, size and options.
Do you offer project or volume pricing?
Yes. For multiple drives or a project list, email your requirements and we’ll come back with a quote.
What’s the lead time and warranty?
3–4 weeks after order entry, and every drive comes with a 12-month warranty. Both are shown on each product page.
